What is The Curious Collective?
The Curious Collective is a variety of workshops constructed to celebrate creativity and provide a respite from the chaos of the world today. The sessions take place in Williams' "Dragonfly Studio", a unique space where individuals are invited to participate and hangout in a free, safe, and non-judgemental atmosphere where creativity, connection, and uplifting of high vibes flow freely.
Sessions are comprised of like-minded people who are encouraged to seek their inner child. Each participant is requested to be open to elements of surprise by their creative responses.
Caution:
Most people leave the studio feeling lighter, a little braver, and lot more of themselves.

The Curious Mixed-Media Collective Workshop
Imagine a place where creativity, connection, and uplifting vibes flow freely. A space to let your inner child play and your intuitive senses awaken through exploring mixed media. This isn’t just an art class—it’s a three-and-a-half-hour interactive experience designed to ignite creativity, inspiration, and cultivate joy with like-minded individuals in Williams’ sun-lit studio!
Session Details:
Be free and fearless! Let’s take an intuitive plunge into ‘getting out of your head.'
We’ll make our own collage materials, create texture with paint and collage and have fun while being together!
Location: Stutz Arts Center, 1060 North Capitol Avenue, Suite A255
Date: Saturday, January 17, 2026
Time: 1 pm - 4:30 pm
Cost: $195 Unlike other art classes, ALL supplies are included;
You will leave class with two completed 12” x 12” boards, and
receive a complementary 9" x 12" sketchbook!
No experience is necessary--Bring your curiosity and good vibes!

Late Nite Art in the Dragonfly Studio
Blow away the dust and cobwebs from the week. Enjoy a respite with Cathy in her studio as she guides you through an artful experience. You will be surrounded by like-minded people in this space where only high-vibes are felt. There is no experience necessary.
What: Candles, conversation, and techniques to explore your creative outlet.

Exploration of mixed-media - Leave the studio with a personal canvas panel masterpiece!

Thursday, January 29, 2026 | 7 pm - 8:30 pm | Ink After Dark Journaling
Mindful and meditative journaling. You will receive an 8 x 5" journal and a disposable fountain pen to take home.
Cost: $85
Where: Dragonfly Studio (A255) at the Stutz Business and Arts Building
Why: Because you deserve it. Kick off your weekend on a pleasant vibe!
Do I need to bring something to the above sessions? I request you bring a few personal items: Old photos (or copies of photos), old book pages, favorite quotes, sheets of music, pages of handwritten material, copies of favorite poems, etc.
I'll provide all of the other art materials needed.
